the new assistant manager who came in a month ago, had the department jumping when she sent an email, saying the department cannot have more than 2 person on leave.

wat kind of rule is that? Immediately a few of us challenged her new ruling.. and she insisted her way (battle of the emails!). Finally our director pulled the few of us in for a chat...

in the end, not much was resolved, with only our director saying.. "She's new; give her time"

Now, i heard that same phrase about a year ago, on another person...
