The month of August is a special one, as it marks:

1. my 3 months together with my dear dear shan shan [1 August]
2. my dear dear's 2X birthday (age is a sensiitive figure... Censored!) [2 August]

So, to mark these 2 special occasions, i had a small bouquet of flowers sent to my dear dear's office yesterday [1 August]


well, gllad to say this little gift caused a small commotion in her office!! heh heh heh.....

Also, as part of our plans for our future, we went to Suntec Standard Charted Bank and opened our first joint e-$avers savings account!

No lock-ins, no minimum deposit!

So, as a small symbolic gesture, we had a small amount of $18 for our initial deposit!
I will be transferring more cash to contribute to our funds for the future....
